Augustine Classic - Normal tension nylon treble that most closely resembles the original Augustine String from 1947.
Classic / Gold - Warm. Lively. Smooth.
The only Augusting strings to deviate from the original silver winding that Albert perfected Gold basses feature brass wire that imbues a flush shimmering tone often preferred by flamenco and jazz players.
Trebles: Normal tension nylon
Basses: Medium-low tension nylon multifilament brass plated copper
