These are drop on replacements for all standard sized humbuckers. Measure the distance between the centre of your outermost pole pieces to determine the pole spacing (this needs to be an exact match, there is no leeway). Installation requires soldering onto the baseplate of your pickup (any plating other than nickel will have to be sanded off at solder points).
The material of the cover will affect your pickup tone. Nickel silver will cause a subtle decrease in treble response, brass will cause a far more significant decrease, Brass is perfect for taming bright pickups.
