Switching between the two pickups results in a severe EQ imbalance that makes it near impossible to find a good amp and pedal setting that will work for both. The goal was to create a bridge that would match well with it, with a fuller than traditional tone. But it had to retain clarity, like the neck. Easing up on the volume will make it become a beautifully articulate piece.
